The PROPEL Executive Leaders (PEL) program is a quarterly senior executive leadership program. PROPEL gathers senior leaders new to their role, or relocated to North Texas within the past 18 months, to provide a deep understanding of our region’s formal and informal decision-making channels within its economic, political and civic structure, educational and social framework. The program aims to establish and grow relationships among fellow executives, fostering an even stronger sense of community.

Today’s Friday Morning at the Chamber was anything but ordinary!
We were treated to breakfast, fun giveaways, and special appearances from the Hamburglar and Grimace, all thanks to McDonald’s – O’Reilly Group. They helped us celebrate Ryan Minter's birthday and made the morning one to remember.

Yesterday, the Plano Chamber and the Plano Works Leadership Foundation kicked off the first session of our new series, Plano Insider: What Business Leaders Need to Know Now.
We launched the series with a timely and impactful conversation on the upcoming FIFA World Cup and its expected impact on our regional business community.
